Through the Blades of a Jet Engine

A very wise woman spoke with me a few weeks back and said "This last year for you has been like going through the blades of a jet engine and being put back together as a completely different woman." It was the best description of my last year indeed. 
Upon reflection, I am most content that I chose to walk my talk. Honouring myself and making me a priority in my life has been both freeing and debilitating at times. You see, in order to really honour yourself you have to be willing to let the crap that's buried deep inside come to the surface to be honoured and cleared. It can be frightening in the midst of the release however, my teachings about who we really are, Love, and the rest being the world's misunderstandings of who we are, held me strong to my path even when the tainted programming from the past played a role that was so convincing. When you know what is Truth and what is NOT then you can recognize each for what they are and make a choice as to which one you are going to live according to. Both Love and Fear cannot co-exist. So if you choose Fear then you close the door to Love. However, even though the choice is present for you to make, only one choice is real. FEAR- False Evidence Appearing Real. Love is all that is real. This has been a pinnacle teaching in my life that was taught to me by an incredible mentor Bruce Maier when I was in my late twenties.
