Nicole Morrison is a Registered Social Worker (2003, Masters of Social Work - Wilfrid Laurier University) and has worked within the community and within the Public School Systems supporting youth and their families for over the past 20 years .
Nicole was an at-risk youth, living on her own from the early age of 15. She had to unlearn unhealthy habits and thinking and learn new skills of living well. She was a student of life. All that she has learned from life and her higher education she shares with her clients. All strategies and tools have been tried first by Nicole and used effectively to heal and to grow.
Nicole has had much success combining clinical Social Work with complementary services such as Therapeutic Touch, WHEE (Wholistic Hybrid of EMDR and EFT), meditation and mindfulness to provide an approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Nicole is also a Master Hypnotherapist trained in both 5 Path Hypnosis and 7th Path Self-Hypnosis.
These are very powerful tools in clearing limiting beliefs that drive certain behaviours and block progress in achieving certain goals.
Nicole uses a genuine style of relating with people that creates a safe space to explore what is truly going on within and around them. We are influenced by many people, messages, and experiences that can serve to create a false sense of self ie. who we are, what our worth is, and what is expected of us as human beings.
Nicole inspires others to live life according to the Truth of who they are; that is, fully worthy of goodness and love, creators in their life, and perfect in their design. It is in this honouring of self that healing and an inner calm and confidence arises. When the inside world changes, the outside world responds differently.
