You've Got the Power!!!.......You Just Forgot
Youth have been trained to look outside of themselves for validation and worth so they spin their wheels because they're looking in the wrong place for both. Through a dynamic energy demonstration Nicole shows youth that their power lies with themselves as well as their worth. When they “see” how their thoughts affect their energy they can begin to make choices regarding their beliefs and thoughts so as to positively influence their energy, which in turn, influences how others feel in relationship to them. This incredibly powerful demonstration speaks to self-love and acceptance and its powerful influence on others. This is applicable to all relationships and interactions including with parents, friends, intimate relationships, teachers, coworkers, boss, and of course, relationship to Self.
